Theodor M Jul 09, 2021 I was very excited about this show because of the fantastic job the Mandalorian did. Even had to sit through the entire Clone Wars series for the first time so that I could get what was going on... and unfortunately I'm completely and utterly disappointed (especially after episode 11! omfg!). Just like the Clone Wars, Bad Batch is completely intended for children and has absolutely awful and infantile story-telling, except for a few VERY good episodes randomly popping here and there.

I'm a Star Wars nerd. I fangirl over The Clone Wars, and the final story arc of The Clone Wars is my favorite Star Wars property story. In the first 1 minute of this show, I screamed from delight at seeing the opening. 30 seconds after that, my heart sank lower than it's ever been. Only The Clone Wars could make me ecstatic then shook to my core with despair in such a short amount of time.
